The Toward Home Alliance welcomes the new South Australian Government’s commitment and follow through on their social housing policy promise to inject additional funding into the homelessness and social housing service sector.
Working with clients alongside the teams delivering Prevent, Divert, Resolve and Wardli-ana, is the team of health professionals from Alliance partner Sonder. They provide assistance to clients to address any health and/or mental health challenges which may be a barrier to them securing and maintaining a safe and sustainable home.
People experiencing homelessness in the Adelaide CBD, inner and outer southern metro area and Adelaide Hills will benefit through a new partnership between the Toward Home Alliance and Good360.
A refurbished former backpacker’s hostel in the heart of the Adelaide CBD has been repurposed to provide new short-term accommodation with accompanying support for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, following a sector-first partnership between the Toward Home Alliance and local real estate agency Harcourts Packham.
