Background - About SA’s Homelessness Alliances

The South Australian Homelessness Alliances introduced by the SA Housing Authority are a new way of delivering services to meet the evolving needs of people experiencing rough sleeping and/or homelessness.

The aim of the new service system is to create a Housing First approach. The ‘Toward Home Alliance’ is one of four regional homelessness alliances, alongside one state-wide domestic and family violence alliance, which commenced operations on 1 July 2021.
