Who are we?

The Toward Home Homelessness Alliance offers a range of services that help prevent, divert and resolve homelessness.

Our area of focus is supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Adelaide CBD, Southern Metro and Adelaide Hills.

The Alliance was formed in July 2021, and is one of South Australia’s five alliances that have the goal of ending functional homelessness.

We help those experiencing or at risk of homelessness by bringing together a group of experts who work together to:

• Identify individual needs
• Make a single support plan, giving access to a range of services
• Work together to help people achieve safe, sustainable housing.

The organisations that form the Alliance are: Baptist Care SA, Lutheran Care, Mission Australia, Sonder and The Salvation Army.

When you contact one of these services, dedicated Toward Home team members will help you access any services that you require – no matter which door you walk through.
